My Background and Approach<\/h2><\/div>

I am a Licensed General Health Psychologist, graduated from the University of M\u00e1laga, with a Master\u2019s Degree in Clinical Neuropsychology (International University of Valencia) and a Master\u2019s Degree in General Health Psychology (University of C\u00f3rdoba). My therapeutic approach is primarily cognitive-behavioral.<\/p>

I have experience in private clinics, early care centers, and neuropsychological centers, with a specialization in emotional regulation, anxiety, depression, and self-esteem,<\/strong> including body image and the relationship with food. I also provide couples and family therapy,<\/strong> focusing on improving dynamics and communication.<\/p>

My training includes the treatment of eating disorders, attachment, and emotional regulation from a transdiagnostic perspective, as well as neuropsychological conditions such as autism, ADHD, and dementia.<\/strong><\/p>

I am currently pursuing doctoral studies<\/strong> in emotional regulation at the University of M\u00e1laga.
