Welcome to my practice, a space where each person receives personalized, professional and compassionate support.
We specialize in emotional regulationguiding you to better understand what you feel, learn how to manage it, and discover kinder and healthier ways of relating to yourself and to others.
To do this, we will assess your case from a comprehensive perspective, using the therapeutic approach that best suits your needs.
Life can get complicated. Emotions get tangled and the mind won’t slow down. And that’s okay. Asking for help doesn’t make you weak, it makes you brave.
Countless studies have shown that going to therapy improves emotional well-being, reduces anxiety and depression, and strengthens your ability to cope with life’s challenges. It’s not magic, it’s science. Talking, understanding and working on yourself truly changes the way you think, feel and live.
Therapy isn’t just for when everything feels overwhelming. It’s also a space to get to know yourself, to take care of yourself and to learn how to be at peace with who you are. Because you don’t have to go through it alone. We're here to support you without judgment, and with genuine care.
Your mental health matters. You matter.
Let’s leave behind the outdated idea that going to therapy means you’re “crazy.” Anyone who feels the desire to make a change, who may be experiencing distress whether recently or for some time and doesn't yet have the tools to manage it, can benefit from therapy.
Anyone who wants to work on themselves, whether to alleviate emotional discomfort or to grow into the best version of themselves and gain a deeper understanding of who they are, is welcome.
No, there’s no age limit for going to therapy. Difficulties can arise at any point in life sometimes when we’re very young, other times in our later years. We all have the right to receive support, to feel heard and accompanied, and to work toward feeling well.
My approach is primarily cognitive-behavioral, which is supported by strong scientific evidence. However, I also incorporate tools and techniques from other therapeutic models when I believe they may be the most helpful for your specific process.
Yes, absolutely. We kindly ask that you let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, so we can adjust the schedule accordingly.
Yes, confidentiality is one of the most important principles in therapy. Everything discussed during sessions is kept strictly private, except in very specific cases where the law requires reporting situations that involve risk to yourself or to others.
It’s completely normal to feel uncertain at first. If at any point you don’t feel comfortable with the process or feel the need for a change in the way we’re working, we can talk about it and make any necessary adjustments to ensure you feel more at ease.
Yes, I also offer online therapy sessions for those who are unable to attend in person or prefer this format. Sessions are conducted through secure and easy-to-use platforms.
I offer therapy in both Spanish and English.
The frequency depends on each individual situation. Every treatment is personalized according to what each person needs.
I am a Licensed General Health Psychologist, graduated from the University of Málaga, with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Neuropsychology (International University of Valencia) and a Master’s Degree in General Health Psychology (University of Córdoba). My therapeutic approach is primarily cognitive-behavioral.
I have experience in private clinics, early care centers, and neuropsychological centers, with a specialization in emotional regulation, anxiety, depression, and self-esteem, including body image and the relationship with food. I also provide couples and family therapy, focusing on improving dynamics and communication.
My training includes the treatment of eating disorders, attachment, and emotional regulation from a transdiagnostic perspective, as well as neuropsychological conditions such as autism, ADHD, and dementia.
I am currently pursuing doctoral studies in emotional regulation at the University of Málaga. My work is defined by enthusiasm, dedication, and a strong commitment to evidence-based practice, always offering individualized, client-centered care.
