About Me

My Background and Approach

I am a Licensed General Health Psychologist, graduated from the University of Málaga, with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Neuropsychology (International University of Valencia) and a Master’s Degree in General Health Psychology (University of Córdoba). My therapeutic approach is primarily cognitive-behavioral.

I have experience in private clinics, early care centers, and neuropsychological centers, with a specialization in emotional regulation, anxiety, depression, and self-esteem, including body image and the relationship with food. I also provide couples and family therapy, focusing on improving dynamics and communication.

My training includes the treatment of eating disorders, attachment, and emotional regulation from a transdiagnostic perspective, as well as neuropsychological conditions such as autism, ADHD, and dementia.

I am currently pursuing doctoral studies in emotional regulation at the University of Málaga. My work is defined by enthusiasm, dedication, and a strong commitment to evidence-based practice, always offering individualized, client-centered care.

La atención psicológica se ofrece en dos modalidades, con el objetivo de adaptarse a las necesidades y circunstancias de cada persona, pero siempre manteniendo la confidencialidad y el espacio seguro.

Sesiones presenciales

Las sesiones presenciales se realizan en un centro profesional que cumple con la normativa sanitaria vigente (NICA), garantiza la privacidad necesaria, y ofrece un entorno seguro, acogedor y adecuado para el trabajo terapéutico.

El espacio está adaptado para personas con movilidad reducida, favoreciendo la accesibilidad y la comodidad durante las sesiones.

Actualmente, las sesiones presenciales se llevan a cabo en:

Se trata de un centro moderno y amplio, equipado con todo lo necesario para el proceso terapéutico, con sala de espera y recepción, garantizando comodidad y privacidad.

Sesiones online

También se ofrece atención psicológica en modalidad online, a través de plataformas seguras, manteniendo las mismas condiciones de confidencialidad y calidad profesional.

El espacio terapéutico no se define únicamente por un lugar físico, sino por el marco de trabajo, el vínculo y las condiciones que permiten que el proceso se desarrolle de forma segura y eficaz.
